Jay and me have been spoiling ourselves and just doing NOTHING, and even this can get tiring…NOT!!

We have already had Thai couples massages, I’ve had my nails manicured and pedicured (oh yes!) and have eaten some of our favourite dishes such as prawn pad Thai, steamed rice with chicken, garlic and pepper, beef on young chillies, fried rice with crab and tonight we’re starting on the Thai curries!! YUMMY! and we have a month in Asia still….bring it on!!

And generally just enjoying the resort and the night-time entertainment of fire jugglers, fireworks and the several bars and night spots..

Yesterday (Friday) we hired canoes and went sailing (if you call it that in a canoe??) around the island, stopping off at the various beaches before canoeing on.

We went with our surrogate mum’s and dad’s – Tom, Francis, Jen and Dave who even woke us up that morning to ‘start the day’…And led by Captain Jack Sparrow, I mean Tom, we went about 18 km, which for beginners I’m told is very good…I should think so coz’ by the end of it, my arms were knackered!! Another massage please…..
